About Coaching

Creative ideas

When life asks questions - we find the answers

Coaching supports you wherever life challenges you.
Together, we take a close look at your situation and develop new perspectives that bring you clarity, orientation, and fresh possibilities.

Whether it’s conflicts, decisions, pain, change, or simply “everyday life”: the goal isn’t to sugarcoat problems, but to help you grow — despite a challenge or even because of it.

Possible coaching topics include: crises, conflicts, decisions, health, family planning, career transitions, … — as diverse as life itself, so diverse are the topics.

Stop the domino effect

Methods that genuinely get things moving

As a systemic coach, I use effective methods that help you sort your thoughts, gain clarity, and discover new options for action.

From creative exercises to structured reflection processes — together we choose what best fits your needs.

Everything takes place online and with minimal effort: you can join from anywhere, stay in your own safe space, and avoid travel or organizational stress.

The right time

That´s how we start

We begin with a non-binding, free introductory phone call (about 30 minutes). After that, you decide whether you’d like to book your first coaching session.

How many sessions make sense is entirely individual. Often, 5–7 sessions prove to be suitable for achieving noticeable changes.

By the way: When booking your first coaching session, you don’t yet have to decide whether you want it to be a single session or whether you’d prefer to use the 5-session package (see “Prices”). After the first coaching session, you can take your time to decide. Of course, the first session will be counted towards the more affordable 5-session package if you choose it.
