Hello, nice to have you here! My name is Jana Nau, born in 1982, and I'm a coach with lifelong and extensive professional experience in counseling women.

 

What sets me apart? A keen sense for what's between the lines. Coaching with me isn't another to-do list to tick off, but an invitation to rediscover yourself, with everything you're capable of. I work empathetically and in a structured manner, using methods that connect head and heart. I'm convinced that no one has to do everything alone. Seeking support is a strength and often the first step to getting moving again.
