My Own Story

Even as a young woman, I was fascinated by how people
deal with challenges, conflicts, illnesses, and changes —
and by what helps them stay grounded, flexible, and
hopeful. This curiosity led me early on to topics such as
resilience and inner strength.

Over the years, I have completed extensive training in
coaching, counseling, and mental health. In parallel, yoga
has become another important pillar in my life — first
personally, later professionally. The combination of physical
practice, breathwork, and mental clarity has shown me how
closely thinking, feeling, and bodily experience are interconnected.

Today, I support people in discovering their own resources, navigating crises, and finding new paths — through coaching, on the yoga mat, and often through a combination of both.

Solid and well-founded training has always been important to me. I studied social pedagogy and completed comprehensive training as a systemic counselor — certified by the German Association for Systemic Counseling. In the field of yoga, I have completed a total of 500 hours of training, both in Germany (Hamburg) and in India, the “birthplace” of yoga, where I delved deeper into its philosophical and practical foundations. I gained many years of professional experience at the Kinderschutzbund Hamburg, working in a community center where I was active in both counseling and yoga. In 2024, I became self-employed as a coach and yoga teacher, allowing me to fully focus on the work that fulfills me and best brings together my professional expertise and my passion.
